This grizzled gruff old Irishman renovated practically our entire home. He built and plumbed a full bath in our second story guest suite out of nothing, renovated another bathroom and bedroom, and built a second floor living room above our first floor adding valuable square footage, and painted the entire house on top of it all. Plus, Bob created built in cabinets and shelves for us, installed moulding and trim, pocket and barn doors, finished attic space, ran media cables through walls, and more!
