"Jim communicated every step of the way on what went from trying to suss out a foul odor and apparent water issue in my shower floor to repairing a soaked subfloor that had spread to other parts of my bathroom floor. Having hired other contractors, I saw a high level of attention to detail and quality on the tile installation. He coordinated well with the plumber and painters in what wound up being a bigger project than either of us expected at the start.
