"Words cannot express how impressed and happy I am with the service I received from the guys at A Better Way. We started with an air conditioner repair - furry little gray critters took up residence over the winter and apparently feasted of the wires. I was shown pictures of the damage; repair options were explained; price for repairs was very reasonable. Unfortunately, along the way we also discovered the circuit board on my furnace was fried, necessitating a new furnace. Although I was not looking forward to that unforeseen expense, I appreciate their thoroughness in locating the problem. I would have been in deep trouble if it had not been discovered until it came time to turn on the furnace when the cold winds really began to blow.
