Most recently, I had another company go out to diagnose a system that company installed back a few months ago because the thermostat wasn't working. After dropping the ball on two occasions, and then quoting me close to $1000 to run a new wire, I decided to call Landen. Carlos was quickly dispatched and within a half hour of arriving, had found the problem and had a fix in place! Holy Cow! Nowhere near the cost or ordeal that the other company was painting. When I called Howe's HVAC sevices to give me an estimate on installing a new HVAC unit I talked to the owner Jordan Howe. Jordan stated he could come out that day and give me an estimate.Jordan came, looked at what I wanted done, was very knowledgeable about my split system and what it would cost to replace the unit. Jordan gave me three options all very resonable.I decided on one option and called to set up a time for the installation.This was on Tuesday. Jordan said he could do the installation on Thirsday or Friday.
