"I have been dealing with two leaks in my house one from the roof and one from the HVAC system. The insurance company is dragging their feet. It started in November 20 24. It is now February 2025 and it’s still not fixed. Pro Clean has been a godsent if it was not for Pro Clean. I think I would’ve went crazy. They have stood beside me the whole time they have advocated for me with the insurance company and as a single woman they have helped me with contractors that I could trust if you need anything as far as mold, leaks anything like that you need to call this guy the owner Peter is the sweetest man you will ever meet. There was water and mold damage to a section of the carpet in the rec room. We hired ServiClean to do mold remediation service. Alfredo, the estimator, also detected possible moisture behind a section of the wall paneling, which, he advised, should be addressed. The ServiClean crew of Brian and George set up a containment chamber around the affected area along with other equipment, removed the section of damaged carpet and wall paneling, and applied antimicrobial to the area. We were very pleased with the whole experience and the work done.
