We have three ISA certified arborists on staff leading crews that are very well trained and equipped, clean, uniformed, and always in required safety gear. Our certified arborists are current in their training and continuing education, and are verifiable at the International Society of Arboriculture website. We are proud to call ourselves educated professionals, dedicated to safe, reliable, service.
"I did not get the work performed, due to the obstinance of the beighbor, but that was not the fault of Backridge. They sent a certified arborist to estimate the job, not some unqualified redneck with a chainsaw. The arborist was interested in my satisfaction, while taking the health of the tree into account. He thoroughly explained the procedure and the necessity for certain steps to protect the tree. Price quote? Much lower than I expected from my past experiences with tree services. I called Backridge because they had done work on a friend's trees and I had personally witnessed their professionalism and safe work practices on his property. Again, I didn't get to let them do the job, but the next time I need one of my own trees worked on, the first call will be to Backridge."
