"Craig used extreme care during the entire process! He contacted each neighbor, informed them of work being done, and inquired if there were any structures/vegetation that needed to be protected. For those who had need, he built barriers to protect my neighbors' property. He kept his equipment and work areas organized and clean, maintained communication with me, treated my property with utmost respect, and he performed as his contract described. With the amount of work and care Craig was observed using, his rates/fees were more than fair! I will be using him again!"

"Called and left name and return number twice. There was never a reply. Looked them up on Idaho secretary of State website. Their first filing was November, 2018. (their website claims over 20 years in service in the area.) They must be on record with the Secretary of States office to legally conduct business in Idaho. They failed to properly file their annual documents in 2019 and lost their credentials. They filed documents to fix their paperwork failure in 2020 and were re-instated. They claim a history in the area, that does not exist. They were unable to follow simple procedures to keep their company in legal standing with the State of Idaho. Be very cautious about companies that are that poorly run, who make claims that are not verifiable."
