Tart's came onsite and carefully considered my needs and the layout (nearly an acre) of my yard. I received the quote that same day broken out the way I requested. Brain managed the project and came up with an excellent design that matched what we were looking for. He produced a 3d rendering and we were able to quickly iterate on something we liked. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. When it came time for install, Victor and his crew did an impressive job. Seeding is less expensive up front compared to sod installation. However, sod provides an instant lawn with minimal maintenance, while seeded lawns require extended care and can take up to two years to fully establish.
