Then they admitted they were not even authorized to do warranty work on a cooler generator. Now with my maintenance contract, and my money, they have not contracted out the work, will not return my calls, my texts or my emails"

"We are doing major remodeling and a new addition onto an older home. This company was like a breath of fresh air after dealing with multiple contractors who did sloppy work. Justin obviously knows what he's doing. A previous contractor had wired some electrical receptacles incorrectly, so what should have been a 110 receptacle was actually 220 -- a potentially lethal mistake that fried a couple of small appliances. Justin was able to fix this dangerous situation inside of five minutes by switching some wires around in the breaker box. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He always called in advance, showed up on time, his workers were very efficient, and they kept the work area clean -- all for a very fair price. They lined up all of the recessed lights perfectly, relocated a chandelier, and relocated several receptacle boxes. Justin and his team are competent, conscientious, and courteous workers who care about doing neat, quality work. We would definitely hire this company again."

"SSGE acted like a teenager wrt aftersale service. The first time I called SSGE was when then was an alarm on the system, ( a year after install) and they refused service!!! The reason per SSGE was that there was dispute during install. During the sales process, SSGE had told me that HOA approval was NOT needed. Right after installation, the HOA wanted to remove the generator, and it took me 2 weeks to sort out the issue. I paid SSGE the second half of the payment in full only after the dispute with HOA was settled in about 2 weeks.Is that a good enogh reason to not provide service?? I had to call Generac's head-quarters and they helped me trouble shoot the alarm on my system."

"I've had EV charger installed 2 other times prior to using Santiban Services Group (different locations), but never once experienced this level of customer service that Gabe provided. Although, it was my most expensive installation (which I can't blame them due to the odd place my builder placed the breaker box), but the price was quoted fairly and justified. Gabe went above and beyond such as stopping by my house, taking photos, drawing where he was going to do the wiring, and walking me through his findings. On top of that, he even did a load calculation which advised me to install a load management system so my breaker box wouldn't overload. This alone said he's a very thorough and dedicated person. I appreciate that so much because no other electricians were doing that and kept telling me that "it will be fine". Being a first time homeowner, I would like to protect my house to the best of my ability, so saying "it will be fine" doesn’t really give me a peace of mind. So thank you Gabe!!!! For helping me to ensure my breaker box would be fine with the new addition. "I was having problems with my dryer shutting off and when he came out to give me an estimate on the panel replacement, he went ahead and took the time to trouble shoot the problem I was having with the dryer. He took over and hour and went through every circuit to make sure everything was fine before he left. He did a great job on the panel replacement, I was very satisfied with whole job."
