"I have had Guerrero's out to several of our residential properties over the years. This company has replaced two units for us. A ground unit and a roof unit. They have also replaced old thermostats with new eco friendly ones and fixed other problems like a dead capacitor (took 15 minutes to diagnose), bad board, etc., very quickly and for a reasonable price. They show up at the time they say they will show up. That means a lot to us. I absolutely do not want to be waisting hours of my time waiting on a contractor that may be running late but doesn't have the decency to call me. Guerrero's does quality professional work in a timely manner. I can trust this company is doing me right and not over charging me and will do a professional job in a timely manner. We are very lucky to find Guerrero's and will continue to use Guerrero's for any of our AC/Heating needs."

"Jeff has come to the rescue twice to my new build home. He came the first time in the middle of summer when the a/c would start up. It was just the fan running. He was able to repair the unit same day. Recently, the same thing happened but with our heater. The burners were not lighting up. Apparently the builders never put the cover on and they got clogged with dust and debris. He was able to get our heater working and cannot be more thankful. He was able to fix a couple of things in the attic that the builder just slapped on. I’m sure this system will not stand the test of time, especially here in Vacaville so I’ll trust New age when it’s time to replace this system"

Second, and the real reason why: Jake and I both worked for Ecology Sprinkler, a successful landscape company owned by Jake's grandparents (Memaw, Billie and Papa Bob.) I presented 3 options of company names to Jake. It wasn't even a discussion. We knew it had to be Ecology Air. We like to keep things simple and flexible for our employees. This includes part time and work from home employment innovations. Jake and I are apart of every single installation, service call, and maintenance. It ended up costing $7000, took approximately a month to get done after contacting them, and we have had to have the unit serviced less than a year later. You can get the same work done for a lot less and not have to suffer their inflated prices and unprofessionalism. I reached out to get an itemized invoice for my records since ours only had a total price without a cost breakdown. Mark sent it with snarky notes, attacks on my intelligence, and name calling embedded in the invoice that I need to use in the records for my home run business. The invoice states: "Included in Above estimate!! for idiots who can't read." "We obviously didn't use the one you ran for your pool equipment." "The listed below is the itemized cost for whatever "project manager" is to ignorant to recognize from the previous invoice." He also appears to have been confused or just made up cost amounts up because the first itemized invoice sent to me had our electrical work at less than half of the actual cost which I corrected him on in text and then was sent an updated copy with the correct price."

Last year, the unit was running slowly and struggling to keep up with the heat. When Bell Brothers came out to examine the A/C, they charged me a $99 service fee and basically told me there was nothing they could do. This week, the air conditioner stopped working entirely. When Bell Brothers came out again, I was told it would cost over $3,000 to fix the issue. For a unit that’s practically brand new, this is outrageous! To make matters worse, the technician suggested I hire another company to do the repairs. Bell Brothers has taken zero responsibility for the faulty product they installed, and now I have oil leaking on my roof, which the technician didn’t even offer to clean up. Despite how new the unit is, Bell Brothers hasn’t offered any discount on the repairs. I should not have to pay over $3,000 for a system that was installed less than three years ago. I’m urging anyone considering Bell Brothers for their AC/heating or HVAC needs to look elsewhere. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and do not stand by their work.
