I moved to SoCal in 1986 and worked briefly for several well-known and very successful roofing companies until I established my own business in the 90's. After retiring (well, semi-retiring) around 2004 I got bored and decided to get back into it a few years later and XXLL Inc. was born. XXLL Inc. (aka SMART ROOF MANAGEMENT) is a Commercial, Industrial, Apartment, and Institutional Contractor focusing on Property Services with an emphasis on Roofing. Well this company did and with luck of the weather, finished in under 3 days. Cosmetic looks great.
