"We are been working for the last 5 years in remodeling our house little by little, so far , this was the worse experience of our lives, nothing was done as we talk to the sales person, took more then twice of the amount of time to finish, because was a one man show, he and he alone did everything, so took forever to finish. We didn?t have a sink for over a month. Plumber was a ?fill the blank?so bad , we need to pay for our own plumbing. I am sure others have very good experience, ours was hell. Worse experience ever in any project of our house, I regret and i will hate my kitchen, If i ever get enough money, i will re do it in a hard bit. Worse company ever , Is nothing Magic about that company at all !!!!!! No stars, minus 5 stars from us"

"He was terminated by my lawyer and was reported to the consumer protection department. He installed recessed lights in the kitchen and living room. None of them work. It cannot be turned off in the living room and it doesn't work at all in the kitchen. In addition to that, all electric outlets lost power in the kitchen. He was dragging a 2 weeks project into 4 weeks. He disappeared after saying he didn't know how to fix it. Also all bathroom and kitchen plumbing works wrong. Leaking and improperly connected. He always sends workers from the street. Very rarely show up. Coming very late and disappearing . He got money (100% painting, 50% kitchen, 50% flooring), but he asked $700 more for the incomplete flooring work. He called police to have his few items left because he never showed up again. He got his belongings under the police observation. His cabinet installation, the kitchen cabinet store manager was laughing because he installed the top first which had a 3 inches gap between the ceiling and the cabinet. The store manager said that he had never seen anything like this before. I had to hire the electrical company, the plumber and handyman to fix all of his work. Paid $3,800 to them."

"We had a large closet ceiling (10' wide) that had water damage and Ribba Woodworking did a fabulous job repairing it. It looked like it was brand-new. Our casement window also needed it's operator crank replaced and that was another job completed perfectly. Ribba Woodworking was on time, friendly, and always professional. Very talented individuals. Their clean up after the job was immaculate! Can't say enough about them. Looking forward to hiring them again."

"I’ve been a customer of Wilber’s for several years. Up till now I’ve always found them to be reasonable in price, professional, reliable and trustworthy. I don’t know what’s happened but, they are no longer the company they used to be. I recently hired Wilbers to repair a loose newel post at the bottom of my stairs. When Danny the estimator came he explained that it might be an easy fix or more involved if they needed to install a new 4X4 interior post. Though I requested that he provide estimates for both scenarios he only sent the estimate for the worst case scenario. I let that go because I trusted that they would do the right thing should it prove to be an easy fix. When they arrived it turned out that all that was needed was to replace the wooden board in the basement with a 2 ft. 2x4 and tighten the bolt that runs inside the post. The workers were here for 1 hour and for this Wilber’s decided that a fair price was $820. It seemed absolutely outrageous to me that they would charge me $820 to tighten a bolt so I tried reaching out to Wilber 3 times and asked that he call me back to discuss. Well he never called me back. I can only assume that he knows full well that he did is wrong and is unable to justify his outrageous pricing. It’s sad that Wilber thinks this is how you should treat a loyal customer and it’s certainly disappointing to discover what an unprofessional and unethical person he is. I certainly will never utilize the services of Wilbers ever again and I would caution anyone thinking of hiring them to think twice. Wilber is a man that lacks integrity and therefore someone you cannot trust to do business with."

"Everything went great, Nick reached out the same day and stopped by that afternoon to survey the job and gave a quote. He set a time the following morning and showed up prompt and ready to go. Work was done quickly, we went over it when he was done and he cleaned up so it looked like he was never there. Definitely would recommend and use again."
