"There was a $69 fee to come out, and I negotiated in that the call fee would be credited to the work fee if I hired Saving Grace. They accepted. The timing of the original visit didn't work for me, so the scheduler suggested an alternative. We went with that. The plumber came out on time, and make quick work of the pipe leak. All ended well."
