The price was very competitive but the end result looked like we paid premium price. Even though we were a small job compared to most of their work, we were treated like we were his main priority. "NexGen installed metal roof in main house and asphalt singles for the garage, and I really enjoyed the process and was very happy with my new roof. Upon their suggestion, we also re-did the siding of attics, the fascia (custom bent aluminum capping), as well as gutter replacement to meet the requirements of metal roofing. The roofing and surroundings are look really nice. I found NexGen based on Angi’s recommendation. After talked to three contractors, I felt that they had the most experiences with metal roofing, very knowledgeable about the service and product, and the pricing was reasonable. The project took about a month to complete, and I had no regret to have them installed the roofing and accessories. After signed the contract, the project started with a welcome letter, which detailed the steps and the manager to be responsible for each step. I received text messages and emails ahead of time for the coming events, such as selecting the materials/colors, signing the documents, delivery of the dumpster truck or roofing materials, or crews coming for daily works, etc. Whenever I have questions and concerns, I either sent the text or call, the manager would be back to me very quickly. Not only the managers were very professional, but also the crew. After removing the old roofing, the underneath was carefully inspected, and damaged plywood was replaced. They made sure that the new installed metal panels were well protected when reaching over for the sidings installation. They always cleaned up after a long day of work, no matter how late it was. Due to the structure of my house, which there were a lot of details surrounding fascia and frieze board, they were patient to go through for capping, and it probably required much more work than initially planned, so they even came during the weekend to get it done. Overall, I am very happy with the project and would consider NexGen for other projects or recommend to others."

"We got all new siding on our house, as well as our deck redone, about 2 months ago. We are 100% satisfied with all the work Inspired Exteriors did, and have been thoroughly enjoying it ever since! Kevin and Elder were wonderful project managers and kept everything on track, even through extended rain. Anytime I reached out to Kevin he got back to me very quickly, which is a major plus when getting work done on your home. They have very large crews doing the work, and they were always courteous and always working their butts off. Not only that but the pricing was also very reasonable. We would absolutely use them again, and probably will in the near future."

"There was nothing precise "Precision" Construction see my images. There are mistakes on almost all aspects of the project. They failed inspections 2-3 times from the borough and built it a whole foot shorter then our agreed to design and drawing. Lowlights include: - Crooked things everywhere - Gaps in the boards - They made the posts to short top to put on caps with handrails. Instead of fixing, they left unprotected splintering 2x4s on the stairs - The fascia board is is coming off. You can see daylight through it - Left more then a hundred of nail and screws around my brick patio and parts of yard. Still finding them. I have a pool, and lots of bare foot kids in this area. - No miters or outside corners - didn't buy end trex boards for stairs or other locations (showing ugly grooves and ends) See my images, this deck is small and I don't have enough characters to type mistakes and can only have 10 images. Awful. Avoid at all costs."

His staff have a superior work ethic and Gary checked in on site often to be sure the project was moving forward and consistently kept us up to date on the progress of the renovation. When we asked for some changes to the original plan he was courteous and patient in providing us with what we needed. We were really surprised at how quickly the renovation progressed and how the quality of work was maintained along the way.
