Brad always responded promptly and was very patient as I requested multiple revisions to the initial bid. He even went out of his way to visit the location on a weekend. While I wasn't able to be on site during the work, when I did arrive after the job was completed I found the lot had been cleaned of all debris and left in better shape than before the work. Brad even trimmed a couple of trees for free as a courtesy.
