"Jared completed the kitchen remodel after the company that started it went bankrupt. The job was done well at a fair price and with good communication."

"They did a great job! My roof looks great! Reliable and kept me well informed about everything. They kept cost in mind and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. I canâ t say enough good things about them!"

"They did a great job on the remodel of our bathroom. Very helpful with the design and planning. At the time of the job I just left him a key and he had it done on schedule. No worries, I didn't even notice he had been there when I returned from work. Would highly recommend"

"I had old counters pulled out also and had new. Counter tops installed and extended longer. I had an idea for my kitchen and they saw my idea and constructed it. They pained my walls which are beautiful too! I definitely would call them again for other projects and would highly recommend them. Theyâ re professional and CLEAN!"

"Angela and her team at Total Care Renovations did a fantastic job with installing new drywall and painting my kitchen. I have hired several contractors in the past that either didn't complete the job to my satisfaction, not complete the job in a timely manner or just simply wasn't professional. Angela's team was professional, completed the job in a timely fashion and to my liking. I am already planning my next project. I highly recommend."

"Jon and his team were very responsive, professional, and maintained great communication. Every detail and issue I raised they addressed until it met my expectations. Very pleased with their work. Jon has an arsenal of resources at his fingertips who all make a great team. Each person we worked with, went above and beyond and maintained a consistent experience. Highly recommended."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
