"A couple months late with this review but JT was great and he’ll be my first call if I ever have any mold issues again. I had a bunch of vintage items that I didn’t realize had mold and when I tried to clean them, I made it worse. I got rid of them but was worried mold had spread in the air. JT did a walk through & recommended air testing. He gave lots of explanation about mold, treatments, etc so I thoroughly understood my situation and air test results in context. No sales pressure, just a straightforward, knowledgeable guy. Collected the outside air sample (the baseline for comparison) during a polar vortex and hustled to make the last Fedex pickup on Friday night so test results would come back ASAP. 2.  wrote up a protocol for remediation.
3. Used Email to communicate with me and was very prompt with answering my questions and resending a document that I lost.
4. This was my first experience with mold abatement and I was quite anxious.  He provided contacts with companies that performed remdiation and assured me he would make sure, by post testing that the mold problem was resolved.
5. Although he gave me a chart with the test results showing what was above an accpetable level of mold spore count,  I needed to have my results interpreted on how serious the condition was. He said it was serious.   
6.  Because of the "detective" nature of this inspection work, I used his report as a foundation to check with another inspector who suggested there might be a hidden source of mold that has to be checked into.  By "hidden" I mean that there is no visible evidence to the naked eye.
7. To complete this abatement, I am requesting second opinions on everything.
