"I signed a contract on 07/01 and was promised a completion date from August 26 to September 29. The date came and went with no contact from the company. I set a second and third completion date that came and went with no contact with the company. I contacted them a fourth time, and we set up a fourth completion date with the understanding that if they could not complete it, I would get a refund within 3 business days. Again, this date passed and I got no contact from the company. I contacted them to make arrangements for my deposit to be refunded in full. They asked me to set up a fifth completion date, and they are now saying my deposit is not refundable. I want my deposit refunded in full and do not want to be in contact with a company that does not keep its promises. "

We use carpet runners to protect your surfaces & daily clean up. In performing exterior work, your shrubs will be protected during the process. Estimate was $18,940 Low Balls the estimate and blames you for choosing higher cost items. Like you are in the remodeling business and know how much everything cost, because if you had, you would have realized his estimate was not for real. Told me in two different emails(black and white) before the job started i would not have a kitchen for 2 weeks and the job would be done. And he starts the job that ended up being 3 weeks, but of course he said he told me it could be up to 3 weeks and of course he has a excuse for his employee's and other jobs he was working on at the same time as mine."
