Dad's is a small family oriented business. We offer towing services, in a sublet situation, but allow the cost of the tow to be added on to the end repair. Was told they’d be here between 12-2pm was messaged at 1:36pm saying the technician was caught up at another job that would take him another hour, that he’d be out at our place at 3pm. At 3:24pm still had no tech show up and never received anymore of an update. I messaged them saying that he was still not there that this was very unprofessional. I then received a phone call from the company and instead of being apologetic and explaining the situation he said they would not be coming out anymore after telling them that they were unprofessional after never showing up at the times they had given us. The lack of communication was horrible! So unless you have all day to stick around the house and just be there whenever they decide to show up I would NOT recommend this company"
