"Ron and Corey Townley did a spectacular job on my home driveway and parking lot. Ron did the estimate and rechecked it twice to be sure it was exactly what we wanted. We made a change before starting and Ron recalculated without a problem. The loop drive is about 450â and the parking lot about 5000sqft. The parking lot is on top of a mountain and the driveway climbs a steep grade and descends on the other side of the mountain. Because of this they could not bring the asphalt trucks right up to the paving machine and had to run two Bobcats the bring asphalt up the mountain and dump it into the paver. A lot of extra work. Ron estimated a 2â asphalt overlay but I can see in some places there is about 4â to maintain a smooth profile. In short I found the Townleyâ s to be honest fair and very dependable. They had a crew of eight workers who all seemed to know what they were doing and Ron and Corey were here the entire time to supervise. They stay very busy and I had to wait several months for them to get to my job but the wait was worth it."

"In August 2021, we paid $28,000 for A & W to pave our driveway. We noticed grass growing through the pavement less than a month after the paving. We called and discussed it with Mr. Wooten, the owner. He recommended a grass poison for us to spray on the spots, which we did. In March, we noticed a 12-foot area had cracks and crumbling asphalt. I reached out to the owner. He provided several lies, from equipment being down, coming to review, and being a no-show to I will check with my son and never getting back to me to downright stopping answering my calls. I cannot recommend this company. They are not professional and demonstrate no integrity."

Francisco responded quickly, showed up as planned, used a tape measure, listened to my plan, calculated a quick estimate on the spot, and then started and completed my project in a timely manner, and then did a nice clean-up afterwards. "DO NOT USE. I should have paid attention to the Facebook page review. Chris does not stand behind his work. He will dispute my review but I have the text communication showing his unprofessionalism and odd behavior in response to me when I told him that I had a very small area that has not come back as new sod knowing that he had previously mentioned that it was not uncommon for him to come back to replace some pieces. He went off on me and accused me of taking advantage of him and went off again in all sorts of directions on a rant. Very odd communication and just awkward when all I did was let him know that I had an area that did not come back (it is dead) and was not greening back out. I was happy with the work until that moment and was considering him for other landscape services. Not now!"
