I put in all new floors, removed a wall, complete kitchen remodel, and partial bathroom remodel, paint, and electrical. She completed the entire job, punch list, and all in 6 weeks. "I contracted with Jocia Construction to do major repairs on a recently purchased home that was in a state of disrepair. The project included, among other things, installing solar tubes/sky lights in two room, re-modeling the sunroom, painting the entire interior of the home and replacing flooring though-out the entire home. There were additional items that came up as the project went on, John and Trisha listened to what I requested, if it was something not advisable they explained why and helped find a solution to my satisfaction. All work was done in a timely and professional manner. All debris was removed each day. They kept the schedule we agreed to.
