They were over within 1 hour and did a thorough inspection of the tank. They quickly diagnosed the issue and with just a $25 part, we had hot water. They installed a tankless water heater and by 3 p.m. The best part was that they were be to offer to finance the job at a much lower interest rate (9%) compared to home depot (23%).
