"Jarius and his installer Carlos did an absolute phenomenal job in our house. We had old original carpeting that was ripped out and replaced with new luxury vinyl flooring. I was worried it would have that hollow ?pop? sound as you walk on it but Jarius knows his stuff! He assured us we would be in love and we are. They were timely, considerate, and the install of 460sq ft of flooring took a few hours start to finish! Might have been a few too many cups of coffee we gave Carlos- but I think it?s just professionalism and skill! 16 out of 10 to Jarius and his guys. Pretty tough to find quality of product- quality of install- and reasonable price but Jarius checks all the boxes. I won?t hire anyone else to do flooring and I?ll refer him to everyone I know. "They came within a few hours of calling me for a job I needed done that day (take down all window treatments so that building window project could take place in my apartment). They arrived when they said they would, we agreed on a price to take down and re-install, and they then performed the work in an A+ manner. They came back and re-installed the windows exactly when they said would. I will definitely use these folks again!"

"Prior to calling Greg we had met and hired a "national company" that promised "they could do the job and their installers knew what to do". Needless to say when their installers arrived they were clueless as to carpeting an RV. Met with Greg Graf within hours of calling his son Jonathan. We needed carpet removed and replaced in an 18 year old Park Model Recreational Vehicle. Five days later, the installers arrived on time, with the ordered materials. Old carpeting removed and hauled away, new pad and carpet laid to perfection. Also replaced laminate in the bath and kitchen area. I can only assume that if they can do a difficult job like this to perfection that is most likely their business philosophy in all aspects. Highly recommend them to one and all. "Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"
