"I contacted JPS this past January to remove limbs overhanging wires coming to the house and limbs in the back yard. They surveyed the work and carefully removed the limbs. They did a fantastic job of removal of all limbs and debris. JPS was a great outfit to work with and the price was well worth the job done."

"If youâre looking for a thoroughly professional tree removal service, featuring fair rates and highly trained personnel, look no further than New England Tree Experts. Mark Phillips, owner and founder, is a licensed arborist who has been in the business of nearly every aspect of tree care for over 40 years . Although his business card states that âWe specialize in dangerous treesâ, he and his crew offer numerous other services as well, including inspecting and assessing tree health and providing treatment or trimming as required. If you are searching for a tree service to fit your needs, let my experience, described below, end all debate. I discovered New England Tree Experts via homeadvisor.com. The day after submitting an inquiry, Mark contacted me and came out for an estimate. It was a large job: a total of 18 trees, 11 of which were large pines upward of 110 feet high and over 2 feet in diameter. The task was made more difficult in that many of the trees were leaning and located close to the house. I fully expected a costly price tag and was prepared to scale back the undertaking if needed. My anxiety was unfounded, however, and a very reasonable figure was proposed and accepted. The project was started several weeks later, and was completed in a mere 3 days. Here are some highlights: 1. Despite the size of the trees, Mark had the equipment for the job. An aerial bucket which reaches 75 feet in the air, and a crane which reaches even higher were utilized by his men to surgically dissect the trees. Safety was always given top priority: hard hats, safety lines, and radio communications between those on the ground and those aloft enabled tree removal to proceed in a controlled and efficient manner. It was a marvel to observe his crew working together like finely tuned instruments in an orchestra, or like the parts of a well-oiled machine. Both I and several of my neighbors gathered and watched in amazement. 2. While the larger tree trunks were loaded onto trucks and hauled away, chipper services were provided to handle the smaller branches. At Markâs suggestion, the resulting pine mulch was used to âcarpetâ the floor of the wooded area which surrounds the property. Depositing and spreading the mulch was done at no charge and transformed a tangled mass of undergrowth into a stately forest bed. 3. Mark was always open to adding tasks which I had not originally requested, such as removing several small birch trees and a very large shrub in the front lawn. Stump grinding was provided at reasonable cost for those stumps which I indicated, and several other stumps were ground down, free of charge, simply out of generosity. At one point I asked one of the crew if he could cut me a chopping block from one of the large pine trunks. He happily did so on the spot, and even used machinery to transport the heavy block to its final resting place by the backyard woodpile. 4. At the end of each dayâs work,"
