Both Shannon and Matt were very responsive with inquiries, including stone and plant selections based on our preferences. They also put together a render and discussed all details before kicking off the project. As part of the project they had to relocate some sprinkler heads, something that other companies would not do. We attempted to contact him every day for a week to schedule final inspection after water was connected, but got no response. It took two emails from the city for him to sign the certificate of compliance."
