"Time management was poor at best. Crews running too many jobs at the same time. My bathroom remodel took over 8 months to finish after a 90 day projection. ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS VERY VERY BAD!!! Flooring was not laid smoothly (tile). Multiple holes cut in new sheet rock to hang light fixtures.. Apparently Troy can't use a tape measure properly. He was the supervisor that got fired. 1 of the workers was smoking weed in my house (we don't smoke anything inside). Neil the owner cannot be trusted to tell you the truth. Very dishonest people, company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"

"Overall we had a good experience working with BLT kitchen and bath remodeling and their subcontractors Counter-vations. Our original consultant Rochelle went above and beyond from anyone else we interviewed before signing with this company. She spent more time with us in our first consultation than 4 other companies combined. She made suggestions for the layout and really helped my vision come to life. The owner Bob was very hands on and helped ease my fears taking on this enormous finance and project. I can not say enough how wonderful the work Counter-vations provided. The crew was always respectful, professional, and did amazing work. Communication between the design company, the subcontractors and myself did have some let downs and I felt that we didn’t always have a plan for the day to day and what to expect. There were some problems with the renovation making it go much longer than originally estimated. However, when problems did arise solutions were found and overall we were happy with everything. "They replaced all of our supply-line plumbing, Then renovated the kitchen, then renovated the master bath. There were several minor miscommunications, a few were their fault and at least a couple were absolutely our fault, but we feel that is to be expected for a project of this magnitude. We worked through them. There were also a few discrepancies, things that were inadvertently left undone or done a little too roughly, but when we brought these to the attention of the designer or the project manager, they were resolved completely and very quickly. On a couple of occasions, the work was interrupted because fixtures or supplies we had requested did not arrive on time, or did arrive damaged. While this was very frustrating, we feel that NV Kitchen and Bath did their best to expedite delivery and to keep us in the loop regarding timing ... and they rearranged their schedule to ensure that our kitchen would be ready for us to entertain holiday guests. Overall, great work!"
