"I had my bath install a while ago but I never received my warranty documents. I called multiple times and never received it .I spoke to a Josh , an igor? AND a nice young woman named joss I believe but never got anything . I was starting to get mad but I figured Iâ d try one more time . Today I called after 5 hoping someone ANYONE would answer and a young woman named Cierra answered the phone . Within seconds she had my account pulled up and the correct documents emailed to me . Itâ s crazy it took me 4 tries to get my warranty but Iâ m happy to of met Cierra . I hope next time I use Long Home she is still around."
