Then, Nick called & said because he knew the bad weather that was coming, he showed up at our home by 3:30pm on Friday, went up on the roof & took a picture of the broken & missing shingles. Luckily, he had everything he needed in his truck & was able to repair the problem by HIMSELF in UNDER an HOUR! He was very professional & friendly & the price was GREAT! He even gave us back some of the broken tiles so we could see the damage for ourselves. And, he gave us an incredible 2 year warranty. "Kevin was honest, did not try to sell us a new roof...instead told us the problem was due to age, trees, and was harmless. He did a "tune-up" on our roof e.g. minor repiars, brushing of green mold etc. and most importantly, reassured us in that we were ok with our roof and had a number of years to go before we needed a new roof. His cost was fair, he was reliable, and he put up with my exuberant dog. Thank you!!"
