Luckily, he had everything he needed in his truck & was able to repair the problem by HIMSELF in UNDER an HOUR! He was very professional & friendly & the price was GREAT! He even gave us back some of the broken tiles so we could see the damage for ourselves. And, he gave us an incredible 2 year warranty.
