"I had Sam come over to fix a leaking issue in my A/C unit. It turned out that some key components of my unit were totally molded and broken and not usable anymore. They came and identified the issue quickly, and proposed a plan that targeted the issue well, instead of asking me to replace the whole thing, which I really appreciate. Through the whole process they worked very diligently and proactively, and put the quality of the work as a priority. Now my AC is working again without the issue of leaking. I have to give them a 5 star on this project."

"I wish there were more than 5 stars to give Montclair Plumbing and Heating, they are that good! We had a bathroom sink drain leaking from the pipe in the wall and needed someone who could come sooner than later. Being Christmas week, we were doubtful that we could be able to find someone. Nick from Montclair Plumbing and Heating responded the day we contacted him. Even though he was overbooked with jobs, he came that evening to access what our needs were. It would either be a difficult job or a very difficult job, as I had expected. Thinking it would be weeks before he would find the time to do the work, Nick was able to squeeze us in right after Christmas. The pipe that was in the wall was basically disintegrated and had to be replaced. Nick cut open the wall, but only as much as he needed to in order to gain access to the pipe. Not nearly as much as I thought he would need to remove. After cutting the majority of the pipe, he snaked the remaining piece before replacing with PVC, a nice added touch. He put everything back together and the sink now works better than it ever did, as the drain is not only leak free, but is also now clog free all the way to the main. Nick left the work area spotless; so much so that you can't tell he was even there. We already have other work scheduled for Nick and his crew to do, including replacing the bathroom tub and shower."

"Truly impressed by Garden State Water Heaters. I needed to have my water heater replaced. I submitted an online request to them (and others) in the morning and heard a reply within 30 mins (30 mins!). I still havenâ  t heard a reply from some of the other companies. I spoke with Carmine (professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient). He asked me a number of questions, had me send him a couple pics of my old unit and the surrounding area, and then quoted me a price and told me he could have the work done that day (that day!). Roger and Chris, from Garden State Water Heaters, came and completed the replacement of my water heater. These guys are intensely skilled and efficient! I was impressed by the solid install work, the helpful suggestions about future maintenance (which I could do myself), the price, and the great and friendly attitude from Roger and Chris! They did the work, removed my old and somewhat nasty unit, and actually left the area around the heater cleaner than when they arrived.
