He was on time, very communicative, and professional. I also appreciated that he is willing to communicate via text. I don't have time for constant phone calls when I am working, and I very much appreciate someone who is willing and able to communicate via text. Many contractors I have worked with don't have that ability and are constantly calling. Great job all-around."

"I would highly recommend Chicago Reno. Our basement unfortunately had cracked cast iron pipes, and our basement was in shambles because of the plumbing work that was needed. We were looking for a contractor to put our once finished basement back together again. It was a complete tear down and renovation. The team at Chicago Reno are wonderful people. Ben in the office was very professional, very easy to talk with and always got back to me as soon as possible. The quote for the job and it’s timeline was fair, realistic, reasonable and no hidden costs. The crew that worked on my basement, Ivan and Renee were highly qualified, paid close attention to every detail and extremely respectful to me, my family and my home. They listened to me when I talked about ideas and concerns and always answered my questions clearly for me to understand. I fully trusted them to guide and help me through the process of our renovation. The crew was reliable, came out every day and stayed on schedule. "i went in and spoke to Deb. I told her the dimensions of the cabinets and I told her I did not have an island and bar installed yet, but I wanted a countertop for them. Granitex was quick to provide me with an estimate for the dimensions that I provided. when the technician came out, the technician said there will be a half inch over hang. Countertops is not my expertise so I took his word. I gave him the dimensions to the island and bar. I was thinking this company would be professional and would do the job in a professional manner. They delivered the countertop and the island counter top did not have the half inch over hand and it was shorter than the measurement I provided. I spoke to Roland via phone. He tried to speak professionally, but thats the extend to his professionalism. I explained to him that my wife and I were taken advantage off because countertops were not our expertise. Roland is refusing to correct their error and expects my wife and I to pay for a new slab so they can make a new island countertop. I then received an email from Deb raising false allegations that they were not made aware of the island and bar not being installed and raised other false allegations attempting to put the blame on me. I went to this company because I was referred. it was the worse mistake I have ever done. this company is far from professional and this company does not take responsibility for their errors and negligence. the cost of their error is too much to let go. There hasnt been any resolution and there will not be a rest to this until the matter is resolved."

"Frank's crew has done a variety of tasks for us: ceiling painting, checking plumbing, redoing our front porch, fixing light fixtures and wiring, installing sensors in garage and front porch, and replacing our front door and storm door. Salvador and Manuel work well as a team; they are both hard workers. They are friendly and willing to answer our questions as well as ask us about our preferences.
