They all stand behind their work and the dedication is evident. But I just HAD to come and review them right now because they go above and beyond for their customers. They returned last week for this year's lighting and again were punctual and following the instructions from last year to the tee. However, my elderly stepdad made the mistake of cutting a cord while tending to the lawn yesterday. "literally the worst. we decided to go with this company, pay a little more, to ensure we would be provided a seamless installation of our new HVAC system and it has been nothing but issues for the past 2 weeks. we’ve had a total of 5 technicians come out on 3 separate occasions, only to leave our house with 3 separate issues that are still not all resolved. the communication has essentially bee nonexistent. i still havent received a call for follow up on the issues we experienced last Wednesday. Do yourself a favor and go with another more reliable, trustworthy company that will listen to their customers and put their customers first."
