Most offered basic sketches, but none hit the mark—until I met Jeff Schnurr of Landscape Design Magic, a former Disney designer. Jeff envisioned a tropical paradise and brought it to life with stunning artist renderings featuring waterfalls, lush plants, and spectacular lighting. Today, my 'Hawaiian Village Resort' resembles Disneyland’s Jungle Cruise, complete with a Mayan Head waterfall and another waterfall that allows you to sit behind a cascading sheet of water that falls over in front of you and into the swimming pool below. "I had a horrible experience getting a new roof from HomeRenew360's project manager Idan Mizrahi. My contract called for closed-cut valleys, but Idan did open-cut valleys instead w/o getting my OK first. Idan said if I wanted closed-cut valleys, I would have to pay to have the roof ripped up and redone. That's a lie, because every contractor knows you can't make a change like that w/o getting the homeowner's OK first. Several rafter tails on my garage were obviously rotted. I asked Idan about them, and he said "that's painting." That's another lie, because the roof rests on those rafters. So now I have a new roof resting on rotted rafters that should have been replaced/repaired after the old roof had been taken off. I trusted Idan and got burned. At the end of the project Idan said he had to charge me extra $ for lumber. I showed him in the contract where it said wood would be replaced AS NEEDED, not as needed up to a certain amount. Stay away from HomeRenew360 and Idan Mizrahi!"

It was not my fault that you were 2 weeks late from completing the job and had to go back and readjust the retaining wall because your crewman built it crooked and you were upset because I wanted it done correctly so you and your crewman had to fix it and you still did not do it correctly. But I will say they are very polite until he received my money he did not want to complete the job my other electrical box was not installed he ignored my called and never answered and that was is but its okay... lesson learned: Never Give ALL The Money Until The Job Is Complete. Thanks For Nothing!"
