"We chose Design One to remodel our small galley kitchen after meeting with them and seeing their reviews. Initially, they presented as organized and professional. I wish we had asked more questions upfront. The quality of work was poor, especially drywall and basic carpentry skills. The average time spent was 10 hours/week. When they started work, all needed materials were in, yet it took over 7 weeks to complete. Requests for a schedule were evaded. There is no crew it is Rich, and occasionally Linda to assist. Very poor time management at the customer expense. Their lack of transparency regarding certain paperwork was troubling. What should have been a rewarding project became a large disappointment."

"We hired John to build a pre-cut 8'x14' shed from Costco on our property. He and his associate dug and built a new base, constructed the shed (which was BEAR of a project) roofed it, painted it, and built a custom ramp for the shed. Throughout the entire project John was communicative, transparent, professional, timely and did a stellar job throughout the entire project. We are beyond satisfied with the results. Would highly recommend John for any sort of project you are considering."

"The job turned out great and my bathroom looks brand new. I hired Freddy and his team at F&F Construction to repair a subfloor where the toilet sits, install toilet, and finally install a DuraLux performance waterproof luxury vinyl floor. The job required them to finish repairing the subfloor which I had done demo on after I replaced the flange due to a leaky toilet. They were able to install complete that job and install the new flooring. They also installed a new vanity, painted the bathroom and also fixed a leak in my shower that wasn't part of the original contract. I considered only giving them 4 stars due to a section of my bathroom where a radiator heater sits, when they installed the tile, they went around the radiator and it didn't seem so clean (pictures included). However, the overall project was great and the price was very reasonable. My bathroom looks great after a well needed makeover. Freddy was timely and punctual, great customer service, and communication was great."

"I?m sad to write this review as Hero started off as a wonderful landscape partner to us with excellent communication and integrity. Unfortunately this past year we paid for a season pass of bi-weekly lawn mowing services plus an additional spring clean up service. We tried to work things out with Hero but ultimately we received fewer than half the lawn visits, no spring clean up and the visits we received were sporatic and not on the promised timeline. Hero agreed to come by with the refund for part of the services he did not provide but has since ghosted us despite consistent attempts to reach out by phone, text, Zelle and in-person. We lost $480 in services."

From overseeing daily progress, on time start, to finally touches to my bathroom! Always professional and on time(this is a sticking point for me. To be a professional in any field, means being on time and on schedule). He was also flexible when I requested a change in my project. It was done quickly and to my satisfaction. I will be hiring Redstone again!"
