"Rusty and his colleague was vert friendly in the beginning, installation was smooth. The cost of the skylights installation was probably slightly high considering the amount of time spent for installation, (paid $1300 for less than 2 hrs of work) but I agreed since I thought Rusty could be reliable person to ask for help going forward. Problem is the followups. My installation was done on Mar 9th 2022, and I have been asking for the receipt and the warranty information of the Skylight, but still in the phase of requesting. No response on the phone or email, which is a disappointment since I was trusting his personality."

"On 9-5-2-21 the owner from Jacobs Ladder Roofing Group PLLC gave me a quote to take care of my roof and apply the roof coating. Paid a deposit of half the amount so job could be done. The owner let me know to call if there were any issues with the roof and they would come out and take care of any issues. 2022, have had water coming in and leaking into the bathtub from above the window. This should not happen since roof had been sealed in 2021. Contacted the owner at Jacobs Ladder Roofing Group PLLC on these dates: 8-17-2022 left a voice message to please contact me for Jacobs Ladder Roofing Group PLLC to come out and look at my roof. 8-23-2022 sent a text message to please call me regarding the issue of water coming into my home. 8-23-2022 sent an email to Jacobs Ladder Roofing Group asking for the common courtesy of a return phone call regarding my roof. Left Jacobs Ladder Roofing Group PLLC three ways to contact me and as of 8-31-2022 have not been contacted by this company at all. On 8-28-2022, while on a ladder to do some painting of the gutters, took a look at my roof and saw the gray color (the color of the roof before being coated) showing through in numerous places where the white coating should have been applied with a brush, in the areas that were not smooth/flat on the roof, along with being rolled on. Since there are many areas where the gray color can be seen, that means the coating was not applied evenly or the gray color would not be able to be seen at all. I paid a lot of money to this company for the job. I want this to be corrected by Jacobs Ladder Roofing Group PLLC, have a 6-year warranty from them, and if they do not correct this issue, a complete return of the money I paid for the job. Jacobs Ladder Roofing Group PLLC, Justice, IL Only after I contacted the IDFPR and the Illinois Attorney Generals office did the owner finally show up at my home on June 8, 2023 asking me if they re-coated my roof would that be satisfactory and would be out the following week to re-coat and call first to let me know what day this would be done. As of July 17, 2023 the owner never called, showed up or contacted me by text, landline, cell or in person."
