Austin went way beyond what was asked. He fixed doors on cabinets that were loose and crooked (because I put the together many years ago𠤣) he kept rearranging the furniture until I was happy with it. He took an old dining room table that was sitting in my sunroom for quite a while because I could not manage to get it down stairs. "Very responsive.  Arrived on time.  Part of the job had some potential problems as to how effective the repair might be.  He was very up front on discussing alternatives.  Gave me a not to exceed estimate and then came in under that price.  The potential problem has not turned out to be a problem and his work has held up.
