He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. "In late 2023, I made a decision to hire a painter. The exterior of my home was in need of painting and wood replacement. A friend of mine saw a Fernandez Painting sign in the front of a home being painted by that company. I drove by that residence and was very impressed with the job being done. I subsequently called the number on that sign and spoke with Albert Fernandez, the owner of Fernandez Painting Company. Mr. Fernandez came out immediately and spoke with me about the job I was requesting, and looked at my home in depth. I had a quote in less than a day, and consequently hired his company. Over the next couple of days, all of the rotten wood was replaced. The home was subsequently painted in less than 2 days. The workmanship was excellent!! Totally professional!!! During the job, Albert discovered a brick anomaly behind a soffit which was a definite cause of concern. On his own, he contacted two different masons who agreed that the condition did not constitute any additional concern. Mr. Fernandez made the simple fix which alleviated the problem and stress. Overall, I loved the job performed on my residence. I appreciated the professionalism and expertise of Albert Fernandez. I will not entertain any other painter for future paint jobs. I highly recommend this company for home-related painting and remodeling work."

I just purchased my home and have a multitude of updates I plan to do within the next year but wanted to start with interior painting with sheet rock repairs and install a French door that required cutting out the existing wall, framing in the door then painting the interior before moving on to replacing 900 sq feet of wood flooring. Phase two would be to update kitchen and bathrooms..... however, if I can't get a response for a "small" job then I can't trust a response for a big job."
