When a contract is signed I have three payments (State of Connecticut recommends) 1st payment when contract is signed, 2nd payment half way thru job, 3rd payment when job is completed. "DO NOT hire Jose to do any work in your home! Had him work on a couple things in my new house. He did not start on the agreed upon date. Showed up late eveyday. And didnt show up at all some days. He installed tub/shower valve BACKWARDS and he left it leaking. Had to hire plummer to fix. His work is horrible. Please save your self time and money and stay away from JJ restoration. He did not finish painting either and was sloppy with the work he did get done. He was always leaving and coming back. Oh and HE DOES NOT HAVE INSURANCE!! Beware please!!"
