"I hired JLM Home Solutions to install all my interior doors and closets including frames/casings in my upstairs. Jason was a horrible person the entire time I hired him. He acted like a nice person just to get hired. I regret hiring him. Unfortunately I had signed a contract by the time I found out he was no good. Every time I brought up something that was not done right, he’d yell and raise his voice at me. He’s very rude and unprofessional with the worst customer service. He was rude on text, rude on phone and rude in person. Jared, I guess one of his employees was a great person, very polite and did an amazing job. He worked on the project in a professional manner. He didn’t come back though to finish the project because Jason sent another person instead, David, who did an awful job. Jason didn’t want to hear it that David’s work was not the greatest. I had to put a stop payment after I found out one of the closet doors wasn’t installed right and other things that were wrong. Jason got so upset that he had to come back to fix the problem after I told him I didn’t want David. Jason came to my house but failed to fix the problem still. Instead he made me feel threatened in my own house. He was all in my face yelling at me saying nothing was wrong with the closet. Even my little dog was scared. I had to call my daughter and son to come over because I was so terrified that he was maybe going to hurt me. I stayed on the phone all the time while he was there so someone could hear his abusive behavior. That day after Jason left, I had to get a second opinion on the closet. Another contractor couldn’t believe the way the closet was installed and for Jason to insist it was okay. He left the old frame on and didn’t want to here when I mentioned it. I’ll have this closet removed and a new one with new frame installed the right way. I had to insist Jason deduct some money for that closet from the balance owed to him. A couple of days later, I noticed my kitchen door they installed still had cracks on the inside frame close to the lock. I had mentioned that to him. I texted him to let him know with pictures showing the cracks. Now Jason won’t respond to my text, email or phone. I asked him to send one of his guys to fix the door. Not him because I don’t want him around me. I’ve tried everything to get to him. I know he’s ignoring me. I paid him so much money for this project. If I don’t hear from him I’ll have no choice but to file small claims. He cannot leave my door like that after I paid him so much money and thinks he can just get away with it. If there was an option of zero stars, that’s what I’d have given JLM."

"Avoid like the Plague! Deposit placed 8/2019 for siding, windows, gutters, and sliding door. Didn’t start on windows till December with no notice (“Hey I have a crew headed to your house right now!”). Many windows were the wrong size or broken. Installed half screens when full were requested and quoted. 9 months later (As I write this),I still don’t have screens on all windows. The new screen door on my new slider has never worked (does not slide/glide) but the owner of the company says it’s fine and won’t replace. I haven’t been able to use it all summer. My gutters aren’t right and when it rains the water runs under into the soffit. Complaint and video submitted to office in June and they won’t address. Crew did not clean up nails and debris- I filled 2 banana boxes of small debris and nails and STILL finding more. Was quoted with removal of T1-11 siding prior to new siding installation (because I was told it was the right and best way to do it) but They instead just sided over. When I addressed and pushed this- the invoice was reduced a mere $600. The metal “wrap” around my windows is popping off. My support posts In my backyard were wrapped instead of blocking them in with decorative 1x4 like the front porch- looks like a kindergartner did it. Craftsmanship is substandard. When I requested a walk through with the owner to address the issues, he told me I was too picky. I guess he’s ok with half *** work. The job is not completed and to my liking yet the owner is threatening me with legal action if I don’t pay the balance. Save yourself a headache and stay away from Rasmussen."

Epoxy flooring increases the durability of your concrete and is resistant to harsh chemicals, solvents, and acids. They also add a decorative touch and require minimal maintenance besides cleaning and the occasional recoat.
Garage floor tiles are less costly than epoxy flooring, costing about $3 to $5 per square foot, while epoxy costs between $3 and $12 per square foot. Garage floor tiles also come in various types and aesthetic options, including hard plastic, soft plastic, PVC, rubber, carpet, and vinyl. As a bonus, garage floor tiles are easy to install, adding just $1 per square foot for professional labor.
With proper care and maintenance, solvent-based and solid residential epoxy flooring can last 10 to 20 years, while water-based epoxy flooring usually lasts three to five years. Water-based epoxy is less durable, making it more susceptible to regular wear and tear. Commercial epoxy concrete flooring that experiences heavy foot traffic may only last two to three years.
Maintaining epoxy garage floors is relatively easy. You can sweep up dirt and debris with a broom, dustpan, or vacuum cleaner, then use a mild cleaning solution intended for epoxy floors to scrub away stains. You shouldn't use soap-based or chemical cleaners. Mopping an epoxy garage floor regularly with warm water can do the trick.
