"After a "High Ball" bid from another plumbing company for a main sewer pipe replacement due to a permanent clog, I was fortunate enough to make contact with Francisco, who offered to come to my home that afternoon for a free second opinion. I was impressed by his sincerity and apparent honesty and immediately accepted his proposal at much less than half the "High Ball" quote.
