"I called for service and they came out the same day. I would like to note that they were late for the appointment but they called before hand to let me know. They were only 15-20 minutes late though. My door could've been services but the problem would've come back at some point. I then decided to purchase a new one. They had a lot of options but we got lucky and they had the one we wanted in stock. 3-4 days (including non-business days) I had a brand new working garage door/opener."

I believe the issue would be eliminated if the wood on the tops and sides of the doors were shimmed & sanded down a few mm's.
