"Assessment was made and recommendations were given for our extra refrigerator/freezer kept in the garage regarding cleaning the coils and temperature of the garage. The freezer was not sensing properly due to the cold temperature of the air in the garage. We have been monitoring the freezer temp for a week now and it has been at zero. Spring/summer temperatures should help but we will be mindful of this next winter. Mike was very helpful."
