"We are extremely disappointed. I specifically asked if there were any hidden charges, not included, to clean all of our air ducts. I was assured there were no hidden fees. They said this super high powered vacuum would clean ALL air vents and that a deodorizer was included fed to keep our air fresh. Ben and a helper arrived and placed a vacuum loosely over one supply vent in the living room. Then he walked around and opened vents in other rooms. After about 10 minutes or so he tells us that it will be hundreds more to clean out the supply and return air vents. We told him we couldn?t afford that. We were assured ALL vents and deodorizer was included. We live off social security and my husband is in disability. So Ben and his partner went outside and sat in their truck for approximately 15 more minutes, then came in and loaded their vacuum and asked for $129 plus tax totalling around $146. I purchased a $14,000 unit from a company that they bought out I paid for a 10-year service and maintenance agreement along with warranties and when LBA came out for their first time to service they tried to sell me another $18,000 bait and switch stuff that I know I don't need because I've had my home inspected since. When I reached out to have my unit maintained as per the contract they said that they would not be honoring it they've never done any maintenance they just tried to sell me stuff avoid this company at all costs If you want someone affordable anyone else would be better"
