"CHI has done an excellent job for me and I recommend them without hesitation for any remodeling work. Here's why: My job started out with an entry door replacement, evolved into a pantry expansion, and finally finished with an entire kitchen countertop replacement. I was very pleased with how they worked, the materials they used, and the attention to detail in the workmanship. And they were very responsive, communicated well and frequently, and checked in regularly to make sure the job was getting done right and on time. Each of their craftsmen were highly skilled, knew what they were doing, and didn't cut any corners. And each one was friendly and courteous to boot! I very much appreciated their attention to protecting the rest of the house, and they cleaned up the jobsite every single day at the end of their work day. Remodels are disruptive, no matter what. But this was about the least painful I've experienced. I have worked with a lot of contractors. CHI is a 10 out of 10."

"Summit Fence and their employees are phenomenal! My project was initially discussed, clarified, estimated (price), confirmed in writing and scheduled to begin in a very reasonable amount of time. I was expecting to have to wait much longer and was pleasantly surprised that I was not having to wait as long as other contractors were estimating. Our job lasted one more day than originally thought, however, considering that the employees had to hand dig near buried utilities in order to avoid any costly damage, I was not bothered in the least with this delay. It was to be expected and appreciated. We were always notified when they arrived in the morning, and the foreman/supervisor (Ryan) made several visits to oversee that the project was being completed according to plan. Communication was NEVER LACKING with this company!!"

They estimated two weeks for siding and 3-4 days for painting, but the siding was completed in under four days, and the painting took just under three—far faster than expected without compromising quality. "Everything went very well - I would not hesitate to hire Todd for any other project. He built a beautiful shade structure on top of a colored and textured concrete slab that he poured. "Title: Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and Service from Bell Brothers I’ve never written a Angi review before, but my frustration with Bell Brothers has pushed me to share my experience. In 2021, I spent approximately $18,000 on a new air conditioning and heating system installed by Bell Brothers. Less than three years later, I’m already facing significant issues. Last year, the unit was running slowly and struggling to keep up with the heat. When Bell Brothers came out to examine the A/C, they charged me a $99 service fee and basically told me there was nothing they could do. This week, the air conditioner stopped working entirely. When Bell Brothers came out again, I was told it would cost over $3,000 to fix the issue. For a unit that’s practically brand new, this is outrageous! To make matters worse, the technician suggested I hire another company to do the repairs. Bell Brothers has taken zero responsibility for the faulty product they installed, and now I have oil leaking on my roof, which the technician didn’t even offer to clean up. Despite how new the unit is, Bell Brothers hasn’t offered any discount on the repairs. I should not have to pay over $3,000 for a system that was installed less than three years ago. I’m urging anyone considering Bell Brothers for their AC/heating or HVAC needs to look elsewhere. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and do not stand by their work. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will be sharing my experience across social media, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau. Avoid Bell Brothers at all costs!"
