"New vinyl siding, new roof, 2= 6 by 12 ft. Decks, found a loot of rot from years of water damage. It was a huge job. Due to rain & heat, ordering wrong items or not enough of the items, there were a lot of delays. In the end, we are not happy with the end results. There are many little repairs that we have to do and that is exactly why we hired out, so WE wouldn’t have to do anything."

The ceilings on the first floor had fallen in, and poo water was everywhere. He was absolutely no nonsense professional in getting a stinky situation under control. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and he wasted no time doing it in a thorough and professional manner. He was helpful through the entire project, from cleaning up the nastiness, to dealing with the insurance company, and getting the tenants back into their home. I would absolutely recommend using their services, and I am sure the situation will arise again. In most cases, you do not need to hire an architect for a garage conversion. An experienced garage conversion contractor usually has the skills to help create your desired design and ensure the project meets building codes. However, if your conversion involves complex structural changes or a large-scale redesign, hiring an architect can be beneficial. An architect can provide detailed plans and oversee the design to maximize space and functionality, ensuring the conversion aligns with your vision and complies with all regulations.
