"Until last summer, I'd been a happy customer of Cathy's basically for the past 7 years. Our cleaners have always been wonderful, our house cleaned excellently, and I never had any issues with the main office. However, since last summer - while our cleaner continues to be amazing - the office and management of the business has tanked. The office is non-responsive, doesn't return calls, and bills incorrectly and erratically. I'm tired of that and I'm done. It seems like the management must have completely changed, and or new staff is not trained at all. Either way, sadly, I don't have time for that. I half expect to be fighting with them over incorrect bills for the *next* 6 months even thought I've cancelled since I've been fighting with them about it for the last 6 months. Wish me luck."
