"Wow! What outstanding service! Called and had a service man ASAP. Not having a working garage door is awful and their response time and professional handling made everything wonderful. Our service man Robbie, was pleasant, professional, knowledgable, and through in every way. He replaced the broken torsion springs, which come with a lifetime warranty and checked all the other features of our garage door system. Highly recommend this company! They also have coupons and promotions and extra helpful, nice, and easy to understand people on the phone.

"I purchased an insulated garage door to try to provide a more even temperature in summer and winter. The garage door is quiet, looks great and provides excellent energy efficiency. What they did was fine. BUT the gentleman that did the work tried to leave before checking the functionality of his work.  The door wouldn't close because he bent the bracket that held the sensor. He came back in to fix that.  Work was fine, but he left the old rollers lying everywhere and he greased the "screw" overhead with too much grease that dripped everywhere after the first few up/down moves of the door.

The job would have been A+, 5 star except for these items.  We probably will use them again, but will stay and watch the entire time.

"Very well. The slight dip in the kitchen looks better and the doors trued up. The slight sag still in the kitchen floor is because of the sub floor plywood which I didn't want to get in to. They leveled the joist by shimming the tops of several cinder block posts and installing a pair permanent of steel posts under a section of joist the previous owner had cut in two."
