A representative from Powers came to my door and said they were doing work in the neighborhood. He offered a free quote on a new roof. I didn’t have time that day, so we scheduled a follow-up for Saturday morning. I assumed it would be straightforward—measure the roof, give me a quote. Oh, how wrong I was. On Saturday, a completely different representative showed up and proceeded to deliver a five-hour sales pitch. I made it clear from the start that I was only looking for a roof quote—but instead, I got a relentless push for add-ons like doors, gutters, and radiant barriers. "We hired Nelson to do cleaning after the winter, mulching a very big area which involved getting rid of lots of weeds and leaves, replacing the weeds stopper fabric from under a vast area with marble chips, cutting the grass, making flower beds, landscaping edges, etc. From the first interaction with him, Nelson was very professional. While walking together all sides of the yard, he listened very attentively to what we were hiring him for. We were and we are very happy with his work.
