"My basement sprung a leak with the storm we had so I called A Plus. They got to me within a few hours of my call!! Even with everything going on! Very friendly and professional. "I have a small home. We first contracted to put a metal roof on. We signed a contract for 12,000.00. Kodiak csme back and stated they couldn't do it for that as they calculated wrong. Real smooth talkers. We agreed to shingles, at 13,500.00. They roofers came and changed the shingles but NEVER changed the flashing, drip edge, or filled the open spaces on the roof,they just put felt paper over, and shingles. I still have the original leaks, and the roof is only about 6 years old and it is already starting to sag in all the open spaces under the felt and shingles. They wouldn't respond to us after the job was finished. Consequently my bathroom is molding from the ceiling where water is coming in. My biggest regret is I didn't sue them as I didn't know about the flashing and drip edge until later, where the leak was coming from by a different roofing company since Kodiak wouldn't respond."

"I had a quote within 2 days. My card was declined by by bank and I had to approve the amount, that was thee only delay I had and it was my fault. I had to make a few adjustments to my order, and I was requoted at least by next day. Shipping confirmation came after the weekend, and I had trim pieces actually arrive before I received my shipping confirmation. Shipping actual flooring to me was curbside, I would have paid a bit more for the company to place in my driveway if given the option. Everything was palletized securely, and everything arrived without defects. Pricing came in better than expected, and better than quotes I received from other companies. Great experience, I will definitely be a returning customer."

"Workers arrived on time, introduced themselves and got right to work. Floors looked good after sanding and the first two coats of finish and even better after the final coat was done and dry the next day. Everything was cleaned up nicely. Early in the job workers called and suggested expanding the work to other rooms at a good price but accepted a no without problems. Only thing that would have made this a better experience would have been better communication up front about putting down new molding and thresholds. Late the first day they offered to do the work for an additional charge that sounded like a lot so I said no. After further research I found their price was a good one and I wish I would have had them do the work. Their equipment did the job but was not the linear machine I have seen before. Also I was not given a choice of sheen. I should have asked more questions. Still, floors look great and I am satisfied. There do not seem to be many people doing this kind of work. Only got two contractor suggestions and one installed new flooring, did not do refinishing. Fortunately my one choice turned out well."
