"Hired Realm-ality Pressure Wash to wash the exterior of my house and to do the driveway and patio (concrete surfaces). He was to be here at9:30 and showed up at 8:15 to start the job. Fine with me! He got right to work checking around the house, covering shrubs near house, and took pictures of the work to be done. My patio was the worse of the concrete and it looks brand new! I had that green stuff growing on the backside of my house and now it is completely gone. When I checked the finished project before writing a check I noticed some soapy stuff in one of the window screens and he went back and rinsed the whole side one more time. Perfect! He is very courteous and respectful of customers and their property. He is great about recommending how things should be done so that they look the best. But, ultimately, he makes sure he does exactly what the customer wants and that it is done to the customerâ  s satisfaction. Weâ  ve had him do multiple projects and love all the results. The latest was a redo of a very old concrete walkway, steps, and retaining walls. To put the finishing touches, he replaced old, overgrown shrubs with beautiful azaleas and mulch. Very happy !!!!!"
